Step 1. Make sure you downloaded and installed the OCC AGENT software.
If you did not, download it here: http://www.onlinechatcenters.com/download/setup.exe
Step 2. Install the software.
NOTE: If you are runing Windows VISTA, then please right-click on the software installation file and select: Run as Administrator and continue your installation.
Step 3. When finished, launch the OCC Agent Software. You will be prompted for login information.
Step 4. Enter your Client ID (ACCOUNT NUMBER) example: 8888
Enter your Operator ID (login/username)
Enter your Operator Password
Step 5. Connect
Step 6. Go to your website where you have added the support Icon. It should now show that you are online and ready to receive requests.
Step 7. Initiate a chat with yourself while logged into OCC AGENT software.
