Hidden Departments
Hidden Departments work along the same lines as hidden operators. A hidden department is not visible from your visitors. This is a good option for Management staff.
To enable hidden status for a Department, login to your admin control panel and under Manager >> Departments
The Department can be either Public or Hidden. To change the value, click on the edit link
Make sure the Hidden checkbox is checked.
Then just make sure your operator has this department enable in his or her's profile.
