Multiple Website Support

According to our Terms and Conditions*, you can only have 1 free account.  You may use the account and 1 Agent to support multiple sites. In order to do this, you would have to add Departments and treat those as separate sites.

Example:
You want to support a second website, Website B, while still supporting Website A.

You will need to purchase a department called Website B. (Website A department is provided for free)
Once purchased, go to Managers-->Generate HTML under your Administration Panel.
Click on department: Website B
You will get the code to place on your Website “B”

Do the same for Website A because you want to generate the code for the Department, not the whole company.
With the admin panel, go to Managers-->Generate HTML and Click on Website A.
Take the code for that department and update the code on your site.

Now, using 1 OPERATOR / AGENT DESKTOP SOFTWARE, you can monitor Both Sites (departments) and when someone is on the site, you will see in the Agent Software's Department Column, so you will know exactly where they are coming from.

In exchange for a free offering of 1 operator and 1 free department, the Online Chat Centers service is limited to 1 free account per company and/or persona and/or website. This means you may not create multiple accounts to bypass and abuse the 1 free operator and 1 free department. Doing so, will not only suspend all accounts in question, but is a breach of the Agreement and is punishable to the full extent of what the law allows.
