How can I download the latest client software for Windows/Mac operating systems?
You can download the latest version of the agent software for any platform at this link: http://www.onlinechatcenters.com/occ-agents
You can also always download this in either of the following methods:
Log in to your Account Dashboard
On the Dashboard page located in the Operator Login box, there will be a link to download the newest version:
You may also go to Account > Check for Updates in the OCC Agent software to update automatically.
