Chat Forwarding

Chat forwarding allows operators in chats to forward their chat session to another available operator or to the general queue of operators. When the chat request is forwarded, a notification is sent to the visitor as well.

To forward a chat request, click on the Forward button during the chat session.

Chat Forwarding is available with ALL OCC VERSIONS.
