The landing page of the Account Dashboard features important metrics right when you log in. The Dashboard page features:

• Operator login
• OCC Agent download and access links
• Monthly visits counter, sorted by department
• Monthly requests (total, missed and offline), sorted by department
• Monthly requests accepted
• Operator ratings
