When you have multiple operators, you can assign them to different departments for monitoring multiple websites and easy organization. Grant supervisor rights to specific operators to allow them to monitor and chat in other operators’ chats. Supervisors also have additional rights including the ability to delete offline messages and missed requests.
Through the Account Dashboard, you can invite users to set up their operator profiles with email, password, login information and an optional image to display to visitors when in a chat.
