Installation

When you go to login into your Administration Console at https://www.onlinechatcenters.com/occ-account-login  you will see that the download of the Agent is always available for you.

Once you download to your desktop, and you are using XP, you can proceed to install the software agent application.

Please proceed with the installation.

Once it is installed, you will see the following icon on your desktop:

Double click on this and you will see the following screen:

Account Number can be found in your Login Account at www.onlinechatcenters.com

Login =  the agent username you have created.

Password = the agent password for the above username.

That's it! You are live.
